Один из трех системообразующих рынков, составляющих основу рыночной экономики: рынка товаров, рынка капиталов и рынка труда. Объектом купли-продажи здесь служит право на использование рабочей силы, а значит, знаний, квалификации, способности людей трудиться. Продавцы — владельцы рабочей силы, то есть люди, способные участвовать в трудовом процессе, покупатели — владельцы средств производства, способные создать условия для эффективного приложения труда. Особенности рынка труда в каждой стране определяет прежде всего достигнутая в ней производительность труда. Низкий уровень производительности труда определяет низкую заработную плату, и наоборот. В свою очередь низкий уровень заработной платы влечет за собой сокращение предложения на рынках труда и, значит, сокращение производства товаров и услуг, рост цен и сокращение спроса на товары, значит сокращение спроса на рабочую силу, и следовательно, снижение уровня заработной платы. Выход из такого заколдованного круга – каждый раз задача экономистов и властей, регулирующих экономическую деятельность в стране. Важными характеристиками рынка труда являются уровень конкурентности предложения как рабочей силы, так и рабочих мест, уровень мобильности рабочей силы (как территориальной, так и профессиональной, то есть способности учиться и переучиваться.) oyster farming
There are two types of oyster farming: suspension culture, in which oysters are grown off bottom, in floating trays, is a labor-intensive form of cultivation that requires continuous tending and cleaning of both gear and shellfish, and bottom culture, which is similar to conventional crop farming on land; it involves selecting areas of the sea floor that provide a natural food supply, necessary currents, minimum exposure to predators, and proper temperature and then "seeding" the bottom with shellfish stock that are left to grow to market size. Then they are harvested with a bottom drag from a boat. Both suspension culture and bottom culture depend on natural food supplies for growing the shellfish being raised. (Source: MSTF)
